Crispy Fish Tenders Asian Lettuce Wraps

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine or white vinegar
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) broccoli slaw blend
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds


  1. Bake Crispy Fish Tenders according to package directions; cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk oil, honey, soy and vinegar in medium bowl. Add in broccoli slaw and toss to coat.
  3. To serve, arrange 2 lettuce leaves on 4 plates and evenly top with broccoli slaw mixture and Crispy Fish Tenders. Sprinkle with green onions and almonds.
