Beer Battered Fish & Cheesy Grits

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Serves: 4


  • 8  
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking grits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped


  1. Bake Fish Fillets according to package instructions.
  2. Bring chicken broth to a boil over high heat. Gradually whisk in grits. Reduce heat and simmer covered 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Evenly divide grits between four shallow bowls and top with fish fillets. Sprinkle with green onions and, if desired, additional shredded cheese.
